Polygem LCR Epoxy Repair Paste and Crack Sealer High Strength 2 Component System

Each kit contains one 17-Ounce container of Part A and Part B solvent-free epoxy components. Use a wooden or plastic spatula or mixing sticks (not included). Add equal parts of Part A with Part B (a one-to-one ratio) and stir until the mixture is a solid gray. Bonding - Apply mixed epoxy to both surfaces to be joined. Press together firmly and clamp or brace. Allow 24-hour cure. Patching - Apply mixed epoxy evenly over the surface to be repaired. Water may be used on a trowel or putty knife to obtain a smooth surface. Anchoring - Drill hole 1/8" larger than the anchor. Fill the hole with mixed epoxy and insert the anchor with a twisting motion. The epoxy should be level with the surface when the anchor is fully inserted. Do not disturb for 24 hours. Grouting - Add sand, sawdust, or metal filings to mixed epoxy as needed to produce a mortar suitable for trowel application. For best performance, allow 24 hours to cure in all applications. Always wear rubber gloves and eye protection when handling this product.
